New construction by ABLE CONSTRUCTION

A Modern New England Home, Reimagined.

Designed and built by Able Construction, this newly completed home brings together modern architecture and timeless New England materials. Natural wood, soft whites, and carefully framed light create a house that feels both contemporary and deeply comfortable.

Every detail was considered. The goal was simple: create a home that feels effortless to live in.

From the moment you arrive, the architecture sets the tone. Clean white siding, dark garage doors, and warm wood accents create a calm, balanced exterior that sits naturally within its landscape.

Inside, the spaces open gradually. Light moves through the house from room to room, revealing thoughtful details at every turn.

A home designed to feel both refined and relaxed.

Intentional Design

Every space in the home was designed with purpose. Clean lines, soft materials, and quiet architectural moments allow the home to feel modern without ever feeling cold.

The result is a house that feels composed, warm, and easy to live in.

Light and Volume

Throughout the home, ceilings lift and expand to create moments of openness and light. The staircase and upper landing overlook a dramatic double-height space where modern lighting floats above natural wood and crisp white walls.

These architectural moments create a sense of calm and clarity as you move through the house.

A Kitchen Designed
for Gathering

At the heart of the home sits a generous marble island that anchors the kitchen and living spaces. Custom cabinetry, professional-grade appliances, and warm wood ceilings create a kitchen that feels as beautiful as it is functional.

Large windows and glass doors allow natural light to fill the room throughout the day, connecting the kitchen to the landscape outside.

The primary suite was designed to feel like a quiet sanctuary. A vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beams adds warmth and scale, while soft textures and natural materials create an atmosphere of rest and comfort.

An arched passageway leads toward the bath and dressing areas, creating a gentle transition from public space to private retreat.

Arrive & settle

Step inside and let the house do its work.

The first evening is about arriving, slowing down, and becoming present in the space. Light moves gently across the room, conversations begin around the table, and the house starts to feel like your own.

There is no rush. Take time to settle in, notice the details, and enjoy the simple pleasure of being somewhere thoughtfully designed to live well.

Perspective & Possibility

Morning light fills the space and invites a different kind of attention.

With a clearer mind and fresh energy, we begin to look at things with perspective. Ideas take shape, conversations deepen, and the architecture around us creates room to think more clearly.

The openness of the space reminds us that new directions are always possible. Today is about reflection, curiosity, and discovering what might come next.
